The Vision

The whole of life, made conscious

“All life is yoga.” When every act, thought, and feeling is offered with aspiration, the ordinary day itself becomes the ground of a great inner adventure. The spirit of the Integral Yoga

The Integral Yoga does not ask us to withdraw from the world, but to transform our relation to it. Work, study, relationship, the care of the body — each becomes a means of growth when approached as a conscious practice of the soul. Its aim is a divine life lived here, upon the earth.

The Founders of the Path

Two, and one consciousness

1872 – 1950

Sri Aurobindo

Poet · Philosopher · Yogi

Scholar, revolutionary, and seer, he gave the vision of a spiritual evolution — a consciousness beyond the mind, the Supermind, waiting to be brought down into life.

1878 – 1973

The Mother

Mirra Alfassa · The Divine Shakti

The force that shaped his work in the world — guiding the Ashram for nearly fifty years and founding the international township of Auroville.

The Mother's Symbol

The twelve powers

At the centre, the Divine Consciousness. Around it, the four aspects of the Mother. Outward, twelve petals — twelve qualities to awaken, each holding its own colour. Touch a petal.

The Twelve Qualities

A living lotus

Each petal is a power to be grown — from sincerity at its root to the peace that crowns it. Hover, tap, or use your keyboard to explore.

Add your light to the work

The Foundation grows through the aspiration of those who join it. There is a place for every offering — of presence, of skill, or of means.
